Shipping policy

UK Shipping

All articles of jewellery will be sent to the stated Shipping Address via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless explicitly stated otherwise. It is your responsibility to ensure the Shipping Address is correct and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage of goods in transit. Scheduled dates of delivery are approximate and calculated by Royal Mail and are not a guarantee of a particular date of delivery. Imogen Miranda Louise Jewellery shall not be liable for any damages caused by failure or delay in shipping goods.

 

International Shipping

All items posted overseas are sent International Tacked & Signed in order to make sure your item is in safe hands until it arrives with you. Please allow up to 10-25 days for delivery. The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties and VAT charged by your country.

EU countries - please be aware that there may be an additional VAT charge / import fee of approx 20% that will need to be paid once your order enters your country through customs. This is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed.
